Our Annual Exhibition of Needlework, Patchwork & Beading was held here at Fobbles on
Friday & Saturday 24 & 25 July 2009
We raised a total of £837 for Hospice At Home, West Cumbria
 
Thank you to everyone who helped with the setting up, stewarding and all those who allowed us to display their wonderful work.
 
And a HUGE thank you to all of our visitors who helped to raise this amount for Hospice At Home, it was lovely to see you all.

The Fobbles Exhibition was a great success and we would like to thank everyone who supported us and helped to make £172.00 for our local church - St Paul's, Irton, Cumbria, UK. Thanks also to Anne and Alison who staged the exhibition for us, they did a wonderful job. The standard of work was superb and the exhibitors certainly deserved all the praise they received.
 
We had visitors from all areas of Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Cheshire! We had lots of lovely comments and it was wonderful to meet those who travelled from away whose names we knew but who we had not met previously.
