Christmas Ornament Exchange

Our first Christmas Ornament Exchange has been a great success.
 
We received just over 30 ornaments and there were many different techniques, including blackwork, counted thread, beadwork, hardanger, stumpwork, needlelace, smocking and patchwork.
 
We held the exchange at our Christmas Party on Saturday 15th December and all the ornaments were greatly admired by everyone who saw them. Some people had sent more than one ornament which meant there were several left over -these have now become official Fobbles ornaments and will have pride of place on the Fobbles Christmas Tree for years to come! The exchange was followed by mulled wine and mince pies!
