Fobbles Course Booking Form

To make a booking for one of our workshops, please complete the form below, we will contact you with details on how to make payment of your deposit.
 
Thank you.
We require a deposit of £50 at the time of booking of the retreat/workshop. Please make cheques payable to FOBBLES, and send with this booking form to:
Fobbles, Gubbergill, Irton, Holmrook, Cumbria, CA19 1YQ
We will email you with a link to make payment by PayPal if this is your preferred payment method.
The balance of your course fee is payable approx 6 weeks prior to the course start.
